Welcome to Ezpay.pk, a payment technology platform operated by Code Factory. By accessing or using our website, platform, APIs, payment services, or related services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Services

Ezpay provides electronic payment and related technology services that enable businesses and users to facilitate and manage payments through supported payment channels.

You agree to use Ezpay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.

2. Account & Information

Where an account is required, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

Ezpay may request additional information for verification, security, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.

3. Payments

Payment transactions are subject to authorization and processing by the relevant banks, payment service providers, payment networks, and other participating institutions.

Ezpay does not guarantee that every payment will be successfully authorized or completed. Transactions may be declined, delayed, reversed, or placed under review for security, regulatory, or operational reasons.

4. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants are solely responsible for the products or services they sell, including pricing, delivery, customer support, refunds, cancellations, and compliance with applicable laws.

Merchants must not use Ezpay for fraudulent, illegal, prohibited, or unauthorized activities.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the applicable merchant refund policy and payment channel rules. Chargebacks, reversals, disputed transactions, and related amounts may be deducted from amounts payable to the Merchant where applicable.

6. Prohibited Activities

Ezpay may restrict or terminate services for activities involving fraud, money laundering, illegal goods or services, gambling where prohibited, counterfeit products, unauthorized financial activities, or any other activity prohibited by applicable law or Ezpay's policies.

7. Security & Privacy

We take reasonable measures to protect information and maintain the security of our platform. Users and Merchants are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, systems, devices, and credentials.

Use of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy .

8. Service Availability

Ezpay aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, banking or payment-network interruptions, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All Ezpay trademarks, logos, software, website content, designs, APIs, and related intellectual property belong to Ezpay or its respective licensors. They may not be copied, modified, or used without prior written permission.

10. Suspension or Termination

Ezpay may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to its services where necessary due to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, security concerns, regulatory requirements, or other legitimate business or compliance reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ezpay shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use its services.

12. Changes to These Terms

Ezpay may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be published on www.ezpay.pk and will become effective from the date specified in the updated version.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
